Breathe, Breathe, Breathe

Wherever you are, no matter who you are with, whether you are sitting, standing, walking, or lying down; you are always breathing. From the moment you take birth, to the moment you die, you are breathing. When you are aware of breathing you are here and now, anchored in the present moment. Be present, be here. Focus on your breathing as you read this. Be aware of what is happening inside you at all times. Become the becoming. Focus.
